These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PicTinder desktop application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Natural Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand name PicTinder. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you purchase a license for PicTinder, your payment is processed by Paddle.com. All billing inquiries, including disputes and chargebacks, should be directed to Paddle. Pricing is listed in US Dollars (USD) and applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.
Upon successful purchase and activation, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the PicTinder desktop application on up to two (2) computers that you own or control, for personal or commercial use.

PicTinder is a desktop application that enables users to review and shortlist photos and videos from local folders using a swipe-based interface on connected mobile devices over a local network (Wi-Fi/LAN). The application operates locally on your computer; your media files are never uploaded to our servers.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age.

The Service, including all code, design, features, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by Natural Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, trade names, or logos.
Your media files remain your property at all times. PicTinder does not claim any ownership or rights over your content.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days. Please see our Refund Policy for details. Refund requests are processed by Paddle.com.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the application and deactivating your license key.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natural Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
