Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with PicTinder for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The purchase was made through our official checkout (powered by Paddle.com)
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at admin@pictinder.com with:
- Your order number or the email address used for the purchase
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Alternatively, you can contact Paddle's customer support directly, as Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all PicTinder orders.
3. Refund Process
- We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days of receiving your request.
- Refunds are processed by Paddle.com and returned to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. After Your Refund
Once a refund is issued:
- Your license key will be deactivated
- You will no longer have access to the PicTinder desktop application features that require a valid license
- Any local data (albums, selections, etc.) created with PicTinder remains on your machine and is unaffected
5. Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 30-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe are abusive or fraudulent.
